A Minority Established Company Hart & Associates, Inc. provides superior service and materials to the construction and industrial markets. Vickie and Lowell Hart, president and vice president, believe knowledge is key in the ongoing growth of Hart & Associates, Inc.. The company's mission is to continue to be an integral part in the construction and engineering fields through a variety of facets. The four divisions of Hart & Associates, Inc. achieve this by providing specialized services for its customers.

Hart & Associates, Inc., established in 1965, has been an integral part of the phenomenal growth in Phoenix. Howard E. Hart, founder and Arizona native, had the foresight to form a manufacture representative agency that serviced the construction industry. Howard was also involved in the formation of Phoenix's first Electric League. Mr. Hart built his company on sound business practices of building strong relationships with his distributors through honesty and integrity.

Lowell Hart, Howard's son, teamed with his father in 1971 to continue building the agency's success. Lowell focused on providing contractor's, distributor's, architect's and engineers with product knowledge and material's to meet their construction need's.

In the 1980's, Lowell Hart expanded Hart & Associates, Inc. by including new items and service's for specialized area's of the construction and electronic industry. Designing and installing lightning protection, computer room grounding and static grounding system's enabled Hart & Associates, Inc. to set and keep the pace with the booming computer market.

Vickie Hart, wife of Lowell Hart, was appointed president in 1991 to position Hart & Associates, Inc. as a minority established business. This market plan allowed the company to create a new division of distributing specialized product's to the construction field. Mrs. Hart first became involved with the company as a support and information specialist in the 1970's.

Today, Hart & Associates, Inc. is a highly professional manufacture representative agency with qualified personnel to train and consult the engineering and architect community. The ability to distribute construction products allows Hart & Associates, Inc. to be a driving force in the commercial and industrial high-tech industries. Hart & Associates, Inc. has evolved over the past 35 years in the southwest as a leader in the construction field. The company's expanded array of services, products and technical support will continue to maintain its leadership position into the 21st century.

Hart & Associates, Inc. has a state-of-the-art training room to educate the engineer or contractor in installing and utilizing construction product's. This is housed in our 10,000 square foot warehouse, which includes 2,000 square feet of office space. We subscribe to Dodge construction report services and have a dedicated line for our AutoCAD systems. Our fleet of service trucks with trained staff allows us to further service our customers by providing on-site training and delivery of materials. Our will-call counter is managed by a friendly, professional warehouse staff that is available to help assist and provide solutions for our customer's needs.
